佳吉快运承运的振动筛无缘无故的丢了！

            新乡市大汉振动机械有限公司在6.10号通过佳吉快运发送了一台800mm直径两层振动筛,目的地是秦皇岛,6月12号到郑州，6月15号到锦州,然后就无缘无故的没有任何信息了,后来客户催货,我就询问新乡佳吉,给出的答复货物到达锦州还有记录，从锦州发出去后秦皇岛没有收到，天津也没有，这样我的这台设备就算是彻底丢失了,由于本公司经常从新乡佳吉走货,与工作人员和其经理都非常熟悉，通过新乡佳吉经理向锦州和秦皇岛佳吉货站施压让其帮忙寻找此货,得到的答复仓库没有,锦州方面愿意承担损失,这台设备我保价1000元，也就是说按照正常正规索赔程序，我最多能得到1000元，这样我公司不是吃大亏了，800mm直径两层振动筛市场价格最少也在8500元以上，成本也不可能1000元，但是由于没有保那么多只能吃个哑巴亏,后来大汉公司不愿意，打电话到佳吉快运上海总部投诉，客户服务部接线员也解决不了个鸟问题。也是像个录音机一样重复着那几句套话，我想质问佳吉公司的是佳吉快运作为全国性的比较正规的物流公司你凭什么把我的设备说弄丢就弄丢了,你们说丢失了就丢失，按保价赔偿我就行了。我对我自己客户没有按时交货的违约责任谁来背，我的除1000元以外的成本谁来担负，按对方讲的谁让你不多交点保费。谁想到你们佳吉公司宣传的多么正规，那么大一台设备都会弄丢，如果要是一件小盒子等体积小的物件发生转送丢失的话，这也正常。发生车祸，自然灾害等原因把货物弄丢了，弄坏了我都可以理解，甚至不赔偿也无所谓，毕竟才几千块钱，问题是你们自己的工作有漏洞，在储运过程中把我的货物转丢了我就非常不理解很非常郁闷了，我这快一立方的设备都能弄丢，我真怀疑锦州佳吉的一堆工作人员是不是白痴和神经蛋。或者是故意把我们公司的货物给昧起来了，后来这个事情闹大了，上海方面把锦州佳吉的经理也撤职了。但是还是陪我们那么多。我想如果我要运输一箱珠宝保价1000元，佳吉公司故意给我昧良心说丢了。难道赔我1000元就成了。后来新乡佳吉公司孔经理私下与我打成了和解,在除正常配上外在运输业务上多多照顾本公司才算拉倒.
         经过这件事我想与同行共享些经验
1、如果再通过佳吉快运发货要将保价要高点,省的将来与佳吉公司扯皮，佳吉公司里也有很多白痴，佳吉公司也能把货物给你无缘无故弄丢，所以不要太轻信他们说的是多么正规。
2、尽量把货物用包装箱打结实，他们的装卸不会轻手轻脚的给你搬运，把货物弄坏的太经常了。有曾经发往厦门和新疆的货物都是货物到了包装箱都已经没有影子了。他们中转次数太多包装箱很容易破损。东西弄坏了又开始相互扯皮了。
3、远点地方能选择物流专线走尽量不走佳吉，速度太慢。
      下边公布一下发货记录,这个货物永远定格在从锦州到秦皇岛的路上

超声波试验筛　　1. 产品概述：
　　超声波试验筛是大汉公司工程师在DH-300T标准试验筛的基础上研发的高科技微细粉分级设备,是当前实验室在做微细粉分样筛选时网孔堵塞的最有效的解决仪器。可广泛应用于制药、冶金、化工、选矿、食品等行业的实验室,具有筛分过滤精度高、网孔不堵塞等特点，真正解决了因团聚、静电、强吸附性卡堵网孔等实验室筛分难题，是国内筛分行业的一项重大技术突破。
　　2. 结构部件：
　　A:标准试验筛(主机)—DH-300试验筛是一种可定时自动关机，保证试验重复性，功能全面操作简单的粒度分析仪器。可将一种颗粒料同时精密分出2~8个粒子段。可用于浆液料的细度及杂物含量分析。

　　3. 基本工作原理：
　　超声波试验筛由超声波振动电源、DH-300试验筛(主机)、T200型试验筛框,高频连接线、连接器组成。超声波振动电源产生的高频电振荡由振荡器转换成高频正弦形式的振荡波，振荡器将振荡波均匀传输至筛面。筛网上的物料在做低频三次元振动的同时，叠加上超声波振动，既可防止网孔堵塞，又可提高筛分产量和质量。

　　5. 使用说明：
　　5.1 关于供电：超声波控制系统与试验筛分别供电，试验筛与超声波电源均为单相供电。
　　5.2主机与超声波振动电源的连接：将T200型试验筛框中的振荡器的连接线上的插头插入超声波振动电源后面的插座，打开电源超声波振动电源开始工作，根据筛分需要调节功率旋钮。
　　5.3 DH-300试验筛的操作：首先将T200型试验筛框放置试验筛托盘上调节夹具高度，拧紧M12与M8螺母，然后将电源线插头插入220V插座，根据测试要求调节时间计时器，打开开关试验筛开始工作，时间计时器倒计时归零时主机自动关闭。
　　6、超声波振动电源特性：
　　6.1 独有无缝续流电路，性能更卓越。(此为我公司在国内同行独一无二的最新技术)
　　6.2 真正的频率自动追踪功能：自动追踪输出电感和振头谐振频率，振动效果不会随温度,湿度，振子老化以及使用时间等条件的变化而变化，使振动效果一直保持在最高水平，频率偏差仅为0.1‰,转换效率≥92% 。

　　4、电机应保证润滑良好，每运行二周左右补充锂基润滑脂（ZL-3）一次，加油时，通过油杯加入适量锂基润滑脂。当采用密封轴承时，电机没有安装油杯。
　　5、本机累计运行1500小时后，应检查轴承，若有严重损伤时应立即更换。
　　6、本机停置较长时间后再次使用时，应测量绝缘电阻，用于500伏兆欧表测量，应大于0.5兆欧。
日常保养
　　1、启动前：

振动筛工作原理

　　振动筛工作时，两电机同步反向旋转使激振器产生反向激振力，迫使筛体带动筛网做纵向运动，使其上的物料受激振力而周期性向前抛出一个射程，从而完成物料筛分作业。适宜采石场筛分砂石料，也可供选煤、选矿、建材、电力及化工等行业作产品分级用。

振动筛工作特点：

　　①采用块偏心作为激振力，激振力强。

　　②筛子横梁与筛箱采用高强度螺栓，结构简单，维修方便快捷；

　　③采用轮胎联轴器，柔性连接，运转平稳；

　　④采用小振幅，高频率，大倾角结构，使该机筛分效率高、处理最大、寿命长、电耗低、噪音小

　　根据筛分机械的结构及工作原理大致有以下几类：

　　（1）固定筛工作部分固定不动，靠物料沿工作面滑动而使物料得到筛分。固定格筛是在选矿厂应用较多的一种，一般用于粗碎或中碎之前的预先筛分。它结构简单，制造方便。不耗动力、可以直接把矿石卸到筛面上。主要缺点是生产率低、筛分效率低，一般只有50—60%。

　　（2）滚轴筛工作面是由横向排列的一根根滚动轴构成的，轴上有盘子，细粒物料就从滚轴或盘子间的缝隙通过。大块物料由滚轴带动向一端移动并从末端排出。选矿厂一般很少用这种筛子。

　　（3）圆筒筛工作部分为圆筒形，整个筛子绕筒体轴线回转，轴线在一般情况下装成不大的倾角。物料从圆筒的一端给入，细级别物料从筒形工作表面的筛孔通过，粗粒物料从圆筒的另一端排出。圆筒筛的转速很低、工作平稳、动力平衡好。但是其筛孔易堵塞、筛分效率低，工作面积小，生产率低。选矿厂很少用它来作筛分设备。

　　（4）平面运动筛机体是一个平面内摆动或振动。按其平面运动轨迹又分为直线运动、圆周运动、椭圆运动和复杂运动。摇动筛和振动筛属于这一类。

振动筛的适用范围

　　广泛用于矿山、煤炭、冶炼、建材、耐火材料、轻工、化工等行业。

　　直线振动筛稳定可靠、消耗少、噪音低、寿命长、振型稳、筛分效率高等优点。

　　作用与原理：

　　基本原理系借电机轴上下端所安装的重锤（不平蘅重锤），将电机的旋转运动转变为水平、垂直、倾斜的三次元运动，再把这个运动传达给筛面。若改变上下部的重锤的相位角可改变原料的行进方向。

　　电机使用说明：

　　安装前的准备

　　1、检查电机标牌是否与要求相符。

　　2、用500伏兆欧表测量绝缘电阻，其值应对定子绕组进行干燥处理，烘干温度不能超过120℃。

　　3、检查电机各紧固件，谨防松动。

　　4、检查电机表面有无损坏、变形。

　　5、检查是否转动灵活，若有异常，应排除。

　　6、检查电源，是否缺相，并空载运行5分钟。

　　安装与调整

　　1、电机应紧固在安装面上，安装面必须光滑、平整。

　　2、电机可水平安装。

　　3、电机引线采用四芯橡胶电缆YZ-500V，接电源时引出线电缆不允许有急折，并与振动体可靠固定。

　　4、电机应有可靠的接地，电机内有接地装置，引线端有标志，亦可利用底脚坚固螺栓接地。

　　5、激振力的调整。

　　使用与维修

　　1、本机应装设电气保护装置。

　　2、本机运行初期，每天至少检查地脚螺栓一次，防止松动。

　　3、当电机旋转方向不符合要求时，调整电源相序即可。

　　4、电机应保证润滑良好，每运行二周左右补充锂基润滑脂（ZL-3）一次，加油时，通过油杯加入适量锂基润滑脂。当采用密封轴承时，电机没有安装油杯。

　　5、本机累计运行1500小时后，应检查轴承，若有严重损伤时应立即更换。

　　6、本机停置较长时间后再次使用时，应测量绝缘电阻，用于500伏兆欧表测量，应大于0.5兆欧。

　　日常保养

　　1、启动前：

　　（1）检查粗网及细网有无破损

　　（2）每一组束环是否锁紧

一家来自河南新乡的振动筛企业负责人陈先生告诉记者，现在产品不如从前好卖，主要是价格因素。毕竟振动筛在很多行业都用得上，不像陶瓷产品在很大程度上要跟着房地产走。该企业年度产销量在1200台左右，主要销售领域是陶瓷、冶金、制药。作为主抓面向陶企这一块销售市场的陈先生，对于未来的市场走势持乐观态度———陶瓷行业现在面临洗牌，等这个过程结束便是行业在某种意义上的复苏。而另一家来自新乡的振动筛企业负责人则表示在陶瓷市场疲软时期，振动筛必然会因为陶企产量降低而减少销量。但是该企业负责人表示，其所属企业生产的三次元振动筛粉／浆液过滤机在对通用设备进行改良的基础上，能够相较目前市场上的普通产品大幅增加处理量，且筛网的寿命能够延长近一倍之久。这一点得益于该企业独立的研发部门，特别是某系列的产品技术已经相对比较成熟，很好的解决了振动体易裂的问题；另一方面网架结构从双层改为单层，在保证质量的前提下解决了换网费时费事的弊病。改良后的该系列产品面市后，从使用企业反映回来的情况统计表来看已经达到了预期目标，易损件使用寿命的延长，无异是一条节约成本的捷径。

在2008中国振动筛分机械发展论坛上，新乡经济开发区管委会主任胡建森就曾指出：着力打造中国振动之都，要把振动机械产业做大、企业做强、产品做优。河南新乡的振动筛产业选择集约化道路无疑是明智的，若能在自主创新上再加以引导，新乡作为振动筛之都才能避免少走弯路从而在实体经济受金融风暴影响下的今天成功突围，收获未来的良性市场。

王兆申，男，1969年10月出生，中共党员，工程硕士，现任煤炭科学研究总院唐山研究院生产开发中心主任，研究员，硕士生导师。2008年他负责具有国际先进水平的“1.4m大型卧式振动卸料离心脱水机的开发”“大型高效振动筛的研究与开发”等“十五”国家攻关计划项目子课题，获得河北省科技进步三等奖。2007年获市科技进步二等奖项目2项。
